Next ramble details: Sunday 21st December starting from near Tarrant Rushton, approx 4 miles east of Blandford Forum. It will be a circular walk above the Tarrant valley and Manswood. Gentle rolling route along footpaths and farm tracks, 7.5 miles, no stiles, not strenuous. Exposed in part in bad weather. No pub or cafe stop, so please bring a drink and picnic lunch. CANCELLED, With apologies, due to the route being flooded. On Sunday 7th December we'll be rambling from Corfe Castle on a circular 7 mile, interesting, varied & mostly new route through woodland and over open heath N of Corfe. Moderate: some ups & downs but not strenuous, also mostly reasonably sheltered. Will be muddy in places if wet.
