Please note that this Sunday’s walk on 21st January has been cancelled due to a Met. Office yellow weather warning for high winds of 50 to 60 m.p.h plus rain.
The route would have been along the esplanade from Sandbanks to Bournemouth, which is exposed and has no shelter. The wind will be a South-Westerly gale which, if nothing else, would have entailed walking through a sandstorm!
The walk will be re-scheduled for later in the year.
