Nether Compton

Our next ramble begins at Nether Compton which is off (North of) the A30, 3.5 miles West of Sherborne, on Sunday 16th March, a 5 mile, morning only, circular walk. The route is on tracks & ancient holloway paths & part of the Monarch's Way. One slow climb but a mostly fairly easy rural route via Compton Manor.

Lunch. Bring a picnic - or book for 2.30pm (only option) at The Rose & Crown PH in Trent village - 2 miles away by car. Bar snacks are served without bookings (subject to places being available).
