Milton Abbas

Our next ramble starts from Milton Abbas on Sunday 8th February and is approx. 7 miles circular walk to Winterborne Clenston & return. Two short steep climbs, otherwise mostly more gentle grades. 60% woodland (sheltered) / 40% open downland. Attractive countryside and long views. No stiles. Muddy in places - unless the ground is frozen by then (the forecast is for colder, drier weather).

Lunch: bring a snack / drink / picnic etc. and / or visit The View Coffee Shop (near to the end of the walk).

All welcome, just email dorsetramblers@gmail.com for more info and to let us know you are joining the walk.
